I’m so excited that we now have a brand new website that we have been working hard on for the last few months. The new website coincidentally marks the start of a new era at Sarah Hurst Skin & Beauty as there have been many changes a foot, and because of those changes, they have kept me busy enough to go rather quiet with my blogging recently.
Charly and Filiz have moved onto exciting new challenges. We will miss them (we already do) and their vibrant personalities, and brilliance with treatments. It was a challenging process, but we have welcomed Yulia and Rita to the team. They bring a freshness to the salon and knowledge that can drive us forward to grow and continue to be the best at what we do – offering you personalised advice and fabulous treatments in a beautiful salon. We continue to welcome feedback in all aspects of our service. We can only provide excellence if you continue to tell us what you do or do not love about our service.
We moved into the new salon in March 2015 and we have loved every minute of it. We are continuing to grow and develop, and research new treatments and products to bring into the salon.
Our Customers appear to love what we do and we were recently awarded a Phorest Customer Experience Award (this is our salon software). We regularly ask for reviews and feedback and have received around 1300 reviews. Our average star rating is 4.8 out of 5. Only the top 3% of salons using Phorest received the Customer Experience award, so we are very proud! In fact this is the 2nd year in a row to receive this award!
